If you are looking to add another parent or guardian to your child’s SportsEngine account, please follow the steps below.

Family members or guardians of an athlete that are added as “Guardians” can view the Team Schedule, RSVP to Games and Events, and Message Team Members.

First, the account owner that registered the player must login to the account.

Then, perform the following steps:

1. Go to your Household tab of your dashboard
2. Click on an athlete sub profile
3. On the right side of the profile, under the header that reads “Guardians”, click on the plus (+) sign.
4. Input the new Guardian’s email address to invite them.
5. Click Send Invitation

The family member or guardian that is being added will receive an email and will need to accept

A note regarding releases for 2021-22 season per NYSAHA directive recently provided...

All players will be released from their current organization 48 hours before their first designated tryout date.  12U and under will be released 48 hours before April 27th and 14U and over will be released 48 hours before May 5th.  No paper copy of a release will be required.  

Players who still have open/unpaid financial obligations to their current association will be placed on a Financial Obligation List and will NEED a paper copy of a release from their current association signed by the president proving their financial obligations have been satisfied. Also, any association owned equipment will need to be returned before attending tryouts with another association.

ALL Malone Minor Hockey Members (Malone Jr. Huskies and Adirondack 46ers) that have fulfilled all financial obligations to the organization will be released under a blanket release.

No individual releases are required nor will a release be required to sign with another organization. Players attending tryouts for Adirondack 46ers Split Season teams at the 8U or 10U levels DO NOT need a release.
