Malone Minor Hockey Association partnered with NCYH Goalie Development to provide MMHA goalies with 10 sessions of top notch instruction this season.

NCYH Goalie Development is lead by Roch Belley. Roch was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and grew up in Gatineau, Quebec. He played his entire minor hockey career in Gatineau before moving on to play for the Gloucester Rangers in the Junior A league and then was drafted by the Niagara Falls Thunder in the Ontario Hockey League. In 1991, he was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks, where he played for three seasons in their minor league organization. HIs professional career ended due to a leg injury.

Far too often, goaltenders have mechanical skills but do not have the proper resources available to help them apply these skills in game situations. With the depth of his knowledge that comes form 20+ years of experience, NCYH Goalie Development will give MMHA goalies an opportunity to grow and learn.
